What we collect
When you send a request we collect what you type in the form: name, phone, email, ZIP code, the service you need, your description, any photo note and how soon you need help. We also record the page you sent it from, the campaign tags in the link you used (if any), the time, and basic technical data such as your IP address to block spam.
How we use it
We share your information with a local tree pro so they can contact you and provide a quote. We use it to deliver your request and to prevent abuse. We don't sell your information to data brokers or list sellers.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. We keep a simple count of form submissions.
How long we keep it
We keep requests as long as needed to deliver them and keep basic records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Questions or deletion requests
Reply to any email you receive about your request, or note it in a new request, and we'll take care of it.
